Focus Skateboard Shop Edinburgh offers a 30-day return window for all unused gear and apparel in original packaging. We want to ensure you are stoked with your setup, so we provide straightforward exchanges or full refunds on eligible items.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand new, resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact; please note that assembled custom skateboards cannot be returned.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items and include a copy of your original invoice or a note with your order number and contact details inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to the Shop

  Send your return via a tracked courier service to our Edinburgh storefront; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until the return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the hardware or clothing, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
