How long does shipping take within the UK?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 working days, while our express service offers next-day delivery for orders placed before 1 PM.
Do you offer professional skateboard assembly?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings, we can assemble the board for you free of charge. Just leave a note at checkout or visit us in our Edinburgh store.
What is your return policy for skate hardware?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Please note that we cannot accept returns on skateboards that have been gripped or shows signs of being skated.
Can I click and collect from the Edinburgh shop?
Absolutely. Select the 'Pick up' option at checkout to collect your order from our store on Niddrie Mains Road. Most orders are ready for collection within 2 hours.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is often down to personal preference, but generally, wider decks (8.25"+) offer more stability for transition, while narrower decks (7.75" - 8.0") are lighter for technical street tricks.
